We have been here several times. The BBQ features are good and the fried options are decent. We have ordered the Pan Fried Tofu, Deep Fried Squid Tentacles, Deep Fried Dumplings, Deep Fried Shrimp, Doenjang Jjigae, Seng-wang Galbi, LA Galbi, and Saeng Samgyupsal. Of the Korean bbq places in town, Baekjeong does a pretty good job with their meats. Their LA Galbi is comparable and their Pork Belly is quite thick. The accompanied banchans are decent and I liked most of them. The deep fried choices are pretty good. They are all crispy and light. My eldest loves their Deep Fried Squid Tentacles and asked for them every time. The only dish that didn't sing was the Pan Fried Tofu which was a little bland. We ended up dumping the tofu into the Doenjang Jjigae. The Doenjang Jjigae was good though not the best in town. The restaurant is always busy every time we have visited though we have never had to wait long.
This place was amazing I can’t wait to come back. The service was top tier, and I absolutely loved the food, especially the meat. Every bite was packed with flavour from the beef to the kimchi, radish, onions, cheese corn, spicy sauce, shrimp, squid and lettuce, everything came together perfectly. I could literally feel the richness with each bite. I also loved that they give you free ice cream at the end it’s such a nice touch. The vibe inside was super clean, and even the bathrooms were well thought out, with mouthwash and toothpicks available. The entire restaurant is fully themed, making you feel like you’re in Korea. Such a great experience. Best part it’s all you can eat!
We had dinner with friends here, and the food was fantastic, plus the ambiance was great! However, one of the waitresses was unfriendly; she arrogantly asked if we could finish our food, and didn't mention that each person could only order one ice cream. The other waitresses were much nicer than her.
Tell us what you ordered and what it cost. Two or three sentences about one dish is more useful to the next person than a star rating.
